ORDO Built ("ORDO," "we," "us," or "our") is a premium garage floor coating business serving Toronto and the surrounding area, operated as a trade name of HYTCO General Contracting Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect through ordobuilt.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

Information you provide directly, through the inquiry form on this site:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your garage size and finish preference
- Any additional details you choose to include in your message

- Pages visited and how you arrived at the site
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide a quote
- Schedule and carry out consultations and projects

4. Advertising and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand which visitors go on to submit an inquiry. When you submit the inquiry form, your name, email, and phone number are shared with Meta in hashed form, a one-way format that cannot be reversed back into your original information, so that Meta can match your submission to ad performance. Visiting this site also allows Meta to collect standard technical information (such as your browser and general location) under its own privacy policy, which governs that collection and is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads through your own Meta account's ad preferences, and you can block this kind of tracking entirely using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
5. How we share your information
We share information with the following, and only as needed to run this business:
- GoHighLevel, the customer relationship platform we use to receive and manage inquiries
- Meta, for the advertising measurement described in section 4
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your project. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing legal or business reason to keep it, we will.
7. Your rights
As a Canadian business, we handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law. You have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your personal information
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you, at any time
- Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we have mishandled your information

8. Cookies
This site uses cookies associated with the Meta Pixel, described in section 4. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the site tracks return visits but will not affect your ability to submit an inquiry.

This site is directed at adult homeowners and is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
